AI-driven Insights

Accounts and Contacts

A master record of all accounts and contact persons allows contracts, service requests, and projects to be associated to the entities to which they relate. Account and Contact information is easily imported and exported.

Configurable Templates are the core of Panoram’s no-code, easy setup approach. Templates give you complete control over the types of contracts, service requests and projects that you track but don’t require any coding or IT support.

Custom Fields

Custom fields can be added at any time to track the specific information most important in your organization. Bundle custom fields together to create new objects, such fixed assets or monthly operating records.

Data Sovereignty

Your attachment files are stored in your own SharePoint instance, and your data can be replicated into your SharePoint instance anytime on demand.

Import & Export

Data can be easily imported and exported through Excel spreadsheets. This capability can be used for initial setup, ongoing exchange of information with other systems, and custom reporting.

Notifications

Each user can configure personal notification preferences to receive just the right amount of desired information. Users can also subscribe to individual contracts, service requests, or projects to receive updates when changes occur.

Outlook Integration

From Outlook, users can add inbound or outbound email messages (including their attachments) to records in Panoram and assign follow-up tasks.

Policy Enforcement

Enter any number of internal policies to ensure that contracting, service delivery, and project management are in compliance with your organization’s requirements.

Security

Panoram’s application security allows flexible fine tuning of which users can access and perform actions on your data and provides excellent support for one-off exceptions. User authentication comes directly from M365, and Panoram has ISO27001 certification.
